LCTSI was established on November 14, 2006. Composed of 5 Original employees and one service vehicle.
LCTSI established its partnership with Exide Technologies - a global leader in stored electrical energy. LCTSI was authorized as a Technical Partner and one of its distributors for the Philippine Market.
LCTSI established its partnership with Shenzen Ritar International Group, one of the top battery manufacturers in China. LCTSI was authorized as its Sole Engineering Partner and Exclusive Stocking Partner for Power, Utility, UPS, and Solar for the Philippines.
LCTSI transferred to a bigger facility to cater to more clients and to have bigger stocking capability.
This move paved the way for the Company’s first breakthrough in Telecom and Industrial power services by successfully accomplishing its first nationwide battery installation and commissioning for Globe Telecoms, Smart Communications, and the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, in partnership with Eltek.


LCTSI secured its partnership with BAE Batterien GmbH, one of the biggest and oldest battery manufacturers in Germany.

In this year, the company made a significant increase in its market share, leading to an expansion of its workforce and the construction of a new warehouse in Candaba, Pampanga, with a capacity of holding 150 pallets.

LCTSI successfully bagged its biggest project in partnership with Fumaco Inc., securing a contract with the Philippine Government for the supply of storage batteries for the voting machines used in the 2013 National Election.

LCTSI officially acquired the real estate property where the main office stands.
LCTSI and its JV partner Cylix acquired a warehouse in Subic, Zambales City, situated in a PEZA zone, enhancing its stocking capability.

LCTSI established partnerships covering the economic zones and the three major cities of the archipelago: Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
LCTSI built its sister company in Davao City.
Hitachi Chemical certified LCTSI as its authorized dealer for the Hitachi/Kobe Brand in the Philippines.
LCTSI further strengthened its market position by advocating renewable energy and added a PCAB license to its portfolio.
Additionally, LCTSI secured a project with the Philippine Government for the supply, delivery, dismantling of old batteries, installation, testing, activation at site, and preventive maintenance of sub-station and station batteries.
LCTSI continued to establish partnerships covering economic zones and major cities in the Philippines.
It also strengthened its position as an authorized dealer for the Hitachi/Kobe Brand and continued its partnership with ATIB Elettronica.
